F.A.Q.s

1. So what can you tell me about this course?

Our program has an excellent student pass rate. We provide chapter quizzes to help you to review for your final exam. And if you should happen to fail the final exam (which seldom happens), you can retake the test as many times as necessary for you to pass at no additional charge! If you need help, a live representative will provide you with polite, knowledgeable, and helpful technical support anytime during normal business hours. We know you will love the course and enjoy the confidence of our lowest price guarantee. Back to Top

2. Why should I go to Traffic School?

Sometimes you are ordered to attend traffic school by a court of law. Often, completion of one of our courses will remove a ticket -- and the points that may be assessed as a result of it -- from your official driving record. Other reasons to attend traffic school are: to become a more responsible driver; to fulfill part of the penalty for a drinking and driving infraction; to lower your chances of being involved in a collision; and to decrease your chances of getting a ticket. Some insurance companies even give discounts for the successful completion of a traffic school course. Back to Top

3. When should I expect my completion certificate?

Your original completion certificate must be sent directly from our office to you. Normally this process can take anywhere from 5 - 10 business days, although you can select an expedited mailing process. Our staff can e-mail you a secure copy of your certificate for a small fee. You can also order a certificate copy to be mailed to you. Back to Top

4. What does this course cost?

All courses in the state of Florida charge a fee since they are independently owned and operated. Since we do a higher volume than the other companies we are able to pass along the savings to our customers which makes our course on average the lowest in Florida. If you find a lower price (and we are confident no one comes close), simply call or email us with the site and information so we can verify the final cost and we will meet or beat anyone’s price guaranteed. 5. How do I pay for the course?

You can pay for the course by check or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). After you fill out the registration form, you are linked to a secure page where payment is quick and effortless. The site is encrypted, making your online purchase completely safe. Back to Top

6. The deadline for the completion of my course has passed, what now?

Please contact your court for instructions regarding the extension of your due date and then call us back. Unfortunately, even though we’d really like to, our school cannot extend your due date. Back to Top

7. How exactly do I register for this course?

It's fast and simple. Just click here and you'll be on your way! The registration is only a few easy steps, so what are you waiting for!? Back to Top

8. Can I use someone else’s computer or Internet service for the course?

That’s one advantage to our Internet course! You can take the course from home, work, a friend’s house, your local library, or you can even rent time on the Internet at a copy center or cyber cafe. All you need is any computer with Internet access. You can also start on your own computer and finish on another. Back to Top

9. Do I need to complete the course in one sitting?

No. You may do one section after another if you wish, but most of our students read at their leisure -- maybe a section or two a day. Fit the course into your busy schedule -- whatever works for you. Back to Top

10. I don't have an email address, is that okay?

An email address is not required to take any of our courses. Any correspondence can be printed directly from your web browswer or be exchanged via mail or telephone. However, providing us with an email address will allow you quickly and easily to receive course correspondence, as well as important safety and legislative updates in the future. You may use a friend's email address if you wish. Please call us at 407-629-9552 with any questions. Back to Top

11. I have already enrolled. What do I do to get back into the online program?

If you have already enrolled in the course you may re-enter our site via the home page as many times as necessary to access and complete the program. If you have forgotten or lost your username or password (if applicable), give us a call at 407-629-9552 during normal business hours or email us at support@12dollarcheapandsimple.com. All emails are usually answered within 1 business day during normal business hours. If for any reason, we don’t answer your request, please give us a call. Back to Top

12. I just got kicked offline in the middle of an online session. What do I do now?

Internet users are occasionally knocked offline. This may result from a lost Internet connection, another call interrupting your dial-up connection if you are on a single line with call waiting, or simply because your own computer crashes. Remember, as you complete each section of the course, your progress is logged. Being knocked offline will only bring you back to the start of the current chapter; it will not delete the previous chapter(s). Our website is unable to control your Internet connection, and inactivity on your part will not result in our system knocking you offline. However, your Internet service provider may have activity requirements. Back to Top

13. I use AOL and I keep getting knocked offline. What should I do?

If AOL is your Internet service provider, you will have activity requirements while online. Some of the longer sections require more reading and there is a chance AOL will knock you offline because of inactivity. Do not leave the screen alone for any great length of time -- remain interactive with the software. Back to Top

14. Are there any special computer requirements or downloads needed to participate in an online course?

Our courses have no videos to download and no special hardware requirements. If you are on this screen on our website, you typically can enroll and complete the course without a problem. Back to Top

15. Which internet browser is recommended for best access to your website?

For the best access to our website, we recommend using either Microsoft’s Internet Explorer (the browser is free and downloadable from www.microsoft.com) or Mozilla’s Firefox (also free and downloadable from www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/). Back to Top
